Read this Absoultely Hilarious document with instructions for Mormons to help conquer their masterbation urges. (mispelled in document) Do yourself a favor and read this. It's work safe (all text) but content-wise it's probably not. Here are some of my favorite quotes from the 'Guide to Self-Control'
