Downtown Smash-up Job

Well, I've finally been the victim of big city vandalism. I parked my car downtown austin on the 700 block of 4th street and left it overnight. I came back to the car to find:
Some jerk made off w/ my 200 case of CDs, a few batteries, a box cutter, and my pimp sunglasses. He thoughtfully left his busted ass sunglasses in their stead though. So anyway, I did some crafty eyepatch work to make the car look like this:
Now I decided I would try and fix the window myself - since I happened to have an extra rear right door window motor on hand (don't ask...). Anyway, I took the door apart and replace the motor no problem Monday night. Then I bought a piece of window glass from a local place, installed it, and rolled it up. Only it would only roll up to within an inch of the door. So they gave me the wrong piece of glass for the wrong car I guess - because the glass was incorrectly curved such that it would not fit in the track. So in the end, I'm stuck w/ my rodeo's black eyepatch for a little while longer.
